I suspect to make the bill appear sinister and conjure up in viewers' minds the WWII movie scenes in which the evil Gestapo stop people on the street for no orther reason than to demand to see people's "papers." So when you hear these scare tatics, just substitute the word "papers" with "I.D., as in drivers license. Taking a stand, Editorial, Toledo Blade, 7-29-10
OJJPAC Note: The Blade once again attacks the mayor of Toledo for not joining other political nitwits in supporting amnesty for illegal aliens (they call it "comprehensive immigration reform"). Although I think there are much stronger reasons to vote against the Resolution sponsored by an ethnocentric member of city council, he never-the-less voted appropriately--killing this foolish resolution. Toledo needs to return to a rule of law pathway if it wants to recapture any part of its past economic glory--not create a pathway of illegality for its growing numbers of illegal aliens.

Is this lack of discernment a result of ignorance, journalistic laziness, or a purposeful attempt to deceive the public? In any form, it is a serious breach of journalistic ethics.]

Fahringer and Volk claim to know "reality," stating that our immigration system is "utterly broken." This is a half-truth. The immigration system would work fine if Fahringer and Volk and their ilk would stop working to sabotage the enforcement side of our immigration laws which worked successfully for decades until corporate and government corruption began to undermine effective enforcement policy. Professor Volk and his side-kick Fahringer deserve an F for failing to present accurate information to the public.]

Ohio's County Sheriffs' Beck and Jones
Sheriffs' get "Thumbs Up" from Ohio Immigration Activists at FAIR Rally
These two Ohio Sheriffs have backbone! While so many public officials are a sleep at the switch, Ohio's own Sheriff Richard K. Jones and Sheriff Daniel W. Beck are taking progressive steps to fight illegal alien crime in their communities. We hope that Ohio's other 86 county sheriffs take similar actions to protect American jobs, lives, and taxpayer dollars. Click here for photos and story: Findlay Rally story and photos!
IFCO Systems Executives Should Have Listened to OJJPAC
OJJPAC warned business execs that they might end up in prison if they continued their corrupt ways and ignored federal law and kept hiring illegal aliens.
According to s reports, some executives at IFCO Systems (with facilities in Ohio), were arrested this week for allegedly hiring over 1,100 illegal aliens. The IFCO executives face significant jail time (10 years) and stiff fines ($250,000) if convicted.

If Ohio's public officials (Democrats and Republicans) don't wake up and pay attention, they will feel the wrath of Ohio voters. Voters want public officials to stop pandering to foreign nationals, illegally in the US, who are attempting to manipulate America's immigration policy and elections.
RICO suits to be filed in Cuyahoga and Lake Counties?
We know some politicians are supporting illegal aliens in Ohio.
We know some businesses are hiring thousands of illegal aliens in Ohio.
When will they get a knock on their doors with search warrants and subpoenas?
We can't tell you that...stay tuned.
OJJPAC vs. CORRUPT MEXICAN GOVERNMENT
OJJPAC Testifies Against the Mexican Matricula Consular Card
Vote Stopped, Resolution on Hold.
OJJPAC provided oral and written testimony to the Cuyahoga County Commissioners recently in opposition to a proposed County Resolution recognizing the Mexico's Matricula Consular ID Card.
A Mexican government official testified in favor of having Cuyahoga County recognize the ID as did a few likely illegal aliens who complained that they don't have any ID [If they were legal they would have a passport for ID]. The Resolution was also supported by Hispanic business groups.
After OJJPAC provided it's testimony, which included examples of how this Mexican ID was easily counterfeited and is often used for fraudulent purposes, the Commissioners' decided against voting on the Resolution, opting for further study on the issue.
"An Assistant Director of the FBI testified before Congress that the Mexican Matricula is not a verifiable ID" said Steve Salvi, executive director of OJJPAC. "It is unconscionable that some Ohio public officials are endorsing this fraudulent Mexican ID in order to gain political favor from ethnocentric special interest groups. Their political pandering puts Americans at risk."
Salvi said that OJJPAC will now work to rescind similar resolutions and ordinances already passed by local governments in Ohio.
LAX IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT RESULTS IN MEXICAN DRUG TRAFFICKERS SETTING UP SHOP IN OHIO

154 Illegal Alien Criminals Arrested in Ohio
By Steve Salvi
July 21, 2006
The US Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) arrested 154 illegal aliens in Ohio during the culmination of an investigation dubbed "Operation Return to Sender."
The five day operation began July 9 and involved the assistance of the Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus police departments according to ICE.
Among the 154 illegal aliens who were arrested two weeks ago, 16 had been arrested and convicted before for crimes including child molestation and attempted murder. A member of the notorious and deadly Latino gang, MS-13, was also caught in the policing action.
Anyone who has studied illegal immigration in the U.S. is well aware that the Bush administration (and Clinton administration) tied the hands of ICE agents (formerly INS), preventing them from enforcing our nations immigration laws. If not for public pressure by OJJPAC and other public interest groups on President Bush and Congress, this operation probably would have never been given a green light.
How many terrible crimes against American families -- and children --could have been prevented if this enforcement action would have taken place years ago? OJJPAC hopes this is not just a one-time Bush administration publicity stunt.
The 154 criminals that were captured (again) are only the tip of the illegal alien fugitive iceberg. Not helping the situation are ethnic pandering Ohio politicians who have endorsed a phony Mexican Matricula Consular Card as legitimate ID (which it isn't). So with the help of your public officials, these fugitives can take on numerous aliases, making any enforcement action against these criminals much more difficult and dangerous.
ARMED ILLEGAL ALIENS CAUGHT IN CLEVELAND WITH $2,000,000 MILLION IN DRUGS FOR SALE TO YOUR CHILDREN
Cleveland, OH -- Federal agents arrested nine Mexican and Jamaican illegal aliens eager to work in Ohio selling drugs to your children. Luckily they were caught by law enforcement before they could ruin more American families with their poison. [How many lives have they already destroyed before being caught? Just remember, your bank may be doing business with these people. ] The federal agents also found $144,000 in cash and an assault rifle.
Sign of illegal alien times? Mentor, OH -- Headlands State Park Beach is now posting signs in English and Spanish. The question is why? Although Headlands park has a good beach, the park is hardly a tourist destination for Ohioans -- let alone international tourists. So why is there a sign in Spanish when the closest Spanish speaking country is over 1,000 miles away? Could the answer be that Spanish speaking illegal foreign nationals and their human traffickers are enjoying the sand and sun of Lake Erie while Ohio taxpayers get stuck with the tab? |
Painesville Smuggling Indictments... Just the tip of an Iceberg? Are we to believe only a few people in Painsville k about the hundreds of alleged illegal aliens being smuggled into the city? OJJPAC doesn't think so. Who housed, transported, employed, provided fraudulent documents, and in other ways aided, abetted, and profited from the alleged illegal alien smuggling operation in Painsville? Since only four people from Painsville were arrested, I would expect other members of the alleged smuggling operation remain at-large in Painsville. This story isn't over. It's just begun. |

Mexican Illegals & Fringe Group Supporters' Protest National Illegal Alien Boycott Fizzles Out |
|
5-1-06 Cleveland A crowd of about 125 Mexican illegals and their generally fringe group supporters gathered on Cleveland's public square Monday to protest the majority of Americans desire for Congress to stop illegal immigration. Interestingly, as the illegals demand amnesty, there were attempts to intimidate US citizens who believe illegal aliens should not get preferential treatment over legal immigrants and poor Americans. Read more about the national boycott below. |
POT HOUSE GOES UP IN SMOKE |
|
Wadsworth
Twp., OH -- Law enforcement officials are looking for the owners of a
home which burnt-down last month in Wadsworth Township. After putting
out the fire, firefighters found a basement reportedly containing over
200 marijuana plants and growing equipment, including a sophisticated
lighting and electrical system, in the basement.
The owners reportedly moved recently from California to Ohio but vanished after their house caught fire. [OJJPAC would like to know why two Californians decided to move to this quiet semi-rural Ohio community to set up an alleged illicit drug operation? More information to come as details become known.] |
