List of Victims Montez Baily, 21 Son, friend Allegedly murdered by Lorenzo Garcia Ceja, 18 Lorenzo Garcia Ceja, 18, an alleged illegal alien from Mexico, was recently arrested in Mexico for the death of Salem, Oregon resident Montez Baily, 21. Police believe that Ceja, a reported gang member and parolee, shot Montez Bailey and two others while they were sitting on a park bench on May 26, 2009. After the shootings, it is believed that Ceja fled to Mexico. Ceja's remaining family in the U.S. reportedly would not help with the law enforcement investigation. Sister Denise Mosier Catholic nun Allegedly killed by Carlos Montano Carlos Montano, an illegal alien living in Prince William County, Virginia, was arrested last week for allegedly killing Sister Denise Mosier on Sunday morning. Montano, who has had several prior DUI arrests, is accused of driving drunk and crashing into a car in which Sister Mosier, a Catholic nun, was a passenger. Two other nuns reportedly were critically injured too. It has been reported that Montano was arrested by ICE in 2008 but the court allowed him to be released on his own recognizance while awaiting his deportation hearing. Montano has been charged with manslaughter. OJJPAC note: (I'm repeating myself again...but it's the same story over and over!) It is outrageous that Carlos Montano was never timely deported after his earlier arrests. Now a Catholic nun is dead, and everyone in law enforcement and the courts who failed to have Montano deported have this nun's blood on their hands. Unfortunately this injustice is typical because too many politicians are more concerned with getting Latino votes than protecting the rights of American citizens and U.S. sovereignty. Zachary C. Yates, 32 Husband, stepfather, brother, CWA union member Allegedly killed by Juan Quintero, 25 Juan Quintero, 25, an illegal alien from Mexico living in Newark, Delaware, has been charged with vehicular homicide, DUI, and driving without a license in the death of Zachary Yates of Middletown in Bear, Delaware. Yates was killed after Quintero's car hit a school bus and then flipped over onto Yates vehicle. Yates was transported to Christiana Hospital where he later died from his injuries. A number of children who were passengers on the school bus also were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Quintero's bail has been set at $100,000. Robert Krentz, 58
Husband, father, rancher, good Samaritan Allegedly murdered by Illegal alien (not yet identified) Police believe that an illegal alien was responsible for the murder of Arizona rancher Robert Krentz, 58. Krentz, a well liked cattle rancher on the Mexican-U.S. border was murdered recently while working on his family's sprawling 34,000 acre ranch. Reportedly Krentz's last radio transmission indicated that he had encountered an illegal alien. After Krentz failed to return home, police sent out a search team and found Krentz's body. Krentz's dog was found shot too. Police used dogs to track the killer--whose trail led back into Mexico. Ranchers in the area say they see illegal aliens crossing their land daily and dispute President Obama and Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano's assertions that the U.S. border is secure. Kendrick Owens, 13
Son, innocent seventh-grader Allegedly killed by Javier I. Correa, 29 Javier I. Correa, 29 an illegal alien with a history of crimes in the U.S. (including assault and DWI) dating back to 1999, was arrested last March for allegedly killing 13-year-old Kendrick Owens on March 6, 2010. Correa is accused of driving drunk on March 6th and running over Kendrick Owens, a seventh-grader about one week before he was to appear before an immigration judge on another charge. Witnesses allege that after Correa struck the young boy with his vehicle, he callously fled the scene, leaving the child to die. Correa has been charged with multiple felonies, including intoxication manslaughter and failure to render aid. OJJPAC note: It is outrageous that Javier I. Correa was never removed by ICE after each of his previous arrests and convictions. Now a young boy is dead, and everyone in law enforcement and the courts who failed to have him deported after he completed his sentences have this child's blood on their hands. Jeremy Seay Newlywed Allegedly killed by Freddy DeLeon Perez, 23 Freddy DeLeon Perez, 23, an illegal alien living in Alabama, has been indicted by a grand jury on two counts of felony manslaughter and a single felony count of failure to stop at the scene of an accident which killed Jeremy Seay and his wife Angel. Perez is currently in jail and District Judge Paul Sherling set bond at $1.2 million for the two fatalities and fleeing charge. Witnesses stated that Seay and his new bride died after Perez allegedly pulled in front of the Seay's motorcycle, causing a collision, after which Perez fled the scene in his Chevy truck. Forensic Investigators later linked debris at the scene and on Seay's body to Perez's truck, which was later located at a body shop. The Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency has placed an immigration hold on Perez in case he attempts to post bond. Jurgen Dietmar Cheston, 48 Grant Writer for North Carolina Juvenile Justice Dept. Allegedly killed by Manuel Salvador Zamora Diaz Manuel Salvador Zamora Diaz, a suspected illegal alien living in Raleigh, North Carolina, has confessed to the murder of 48-year-old Jurgen Dietmar Cheston, of Kinston. Cheston was employed as a grant writer for the Department of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention in North Carolina. The Department of Homeland Security has an immigration hold on Diaz because authorities believe Diaz is in the U.S. illegally. Diaz is currently jailed at the Wake County jail. [OJJPAC note: I suspect that Diaz has a previous criminal history and was being shielded from deportation by the Department of Juvenile Justice. Darness Brown, 10
Daughter, sister, elementary school student Allegedly killed by Leticia Flores, 28 Leticia Flores, a suspected illegal alien was arrested last week in the death of Darness Brown, 10, and the injury of her thirteen-year-old sister Darneisha Ellis. Flores is accused of running the children down in the SUV she was driving. Witnesses allege that after Flores hit the children, she stopped to yell at the children for being in the street and then drove away [typical behavior of illegal aliens]. Flores was arrested by police when she stopped at a convenience store. It was reported that Flores does not have a drivers license. Bond was set at $1,000,000. Beverly Duffield, 74 Psychologist, hospital volunteer, mother and grandmother Allegedly killed by Roberto Torres, 28 Roberto Torres, an illegal alien living in Tulsa Oklahoma, has been arrested and faces charges that include negligent homicide, leaving the scene of an accident, driving without insurance, and running a stop sign, causing the death of Beverly Duffield, 74. Duffield was riding her bicycle when she was killed. After Torres allegedly ran the senior citizen down with his vehicle, he cowardly left the scene of the accident without having the decency to stop to render aid or call 911. Torres was only caught after police were able to obtain video of the accident. Police also found out that Torres was not only living illegally in the U.S. but working illegally as an insulation installer at Sinclair Refinery. So much for security at U.S. refineries. The local District Attorney believes that if Torres is found guilty, he will spend a few years in prison and then face deportation. (OJJPAC note: Too little too late.) Sandra Zarafontis, 59 Allegedly killed by Rafael Cardenas Camacho, 37 Rafael Cardenas Camacho, an illegal alien believed to be from Matamous Mexico is wanted in the August 18, 2009 hit-and-run death of Sandra Zarafontis, 59. Witnesses to the accident accused Camacho of running Zarafontis over and then driving off erratically, leaving the victim without rendering and aid or calling 911. The witness to the crime called 911. Police believe Camacho may have returned to Mexico to avoid capture. This wasn't Garcia-Sanchez 's first run-in with police. It was reported that she had multiple prior convictions for driving without a license and also had a prior conviction for driving without insurance. Garcia-Sanchez, who has been illegally living in South Carolina, was sentenced by Judge Brooks Goldsmith to eight years in prison. She will likely be deported back to Mexico after her sentence is served. Robert Rosas, Jr., 30 U. S. Border Patrol Agent, husband, and father Allegedly murdered by Illegal alien smugglers (not yet identified) Three suspected illegal alien smugglers have been arrested for the July 24th murder of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Robert Rosas. Agent Rosas was tracking alien smugglers who were suspected of crossing illegally into the U.S. from Mexico in a remote area near Campo, California. Agent Rosas came under fire and died at the scene after being shot multiple times by his attackers. Rosas is survived by his wife and two young children. Rex Dahl, 58 Husband, Motorcyclist, and Conroe bar owner Allegedly killed by Cesar Sanchez, 34 Cesar Sanchez, an illegal alien living in Conroe, Texas, has been arrested and charged with Criminally Negligent Homicide and Failure to Stop and Render Aid in the traffic crash that resulted in the death of local businessman Rex Dahl, 58. Dahl died after Sanchez allegedly turned his 1997 Saturn in front of Dahl's motorcycle. The Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency has placed immigration holds on Sanchez and his passenger at the time, Armando Bocanegra, 32, who is also in the U.S. illegally. Bocanegra is charged with not reporting a felony. Dahl and his wife were the owners of Thirsty's, a popular local pub that hosted a number of charitable benefits. Officer Shane Figueroa, 25
Husband, father, son, & Phoenix Police Officer Allegedly killed by Salvador Vivas-Diaz, 50 6-27-09 Update: Salvador Vivas-Diaz, an illegal alien from Mexico illegally living in Phoenix, was arrested in October 2008, in the October 25th death of Phoenix police officer Shane Figueroa, 25. Vivas-Diaz was convicted and sentenced to 16 years in prison this week for manslaughter after driving drunk in his pickup truck and crashing into officer Figueroa's police cruiser, killing him. Figueroa was responding to a "shots fired" call. Court records indicate that Vivas-Diaz had multiple alias' and has been arrested for DUI before. He was also previously deported but returned to Phoenix thanks to the lax security on the U.S. border. [OJJPAC Note: Figueroa's death leaves a widow and 10-month-old daughter. Police Officer Henry Canales, 42
Devoted husband and father, and racing fan Murdered by Robert Pedroza Carrillo, 37* Robert Pedroza Carrillo, 37, an illegal alien from Mexico is accused of fatally shooting Huston Police Officer Henry Canales, 42. Canales, a 16-year police department veteran, was shot and killed during an undercover theft investigation in which Pedroza-Carrillo in the process of hijacking a truck shot officer Canales. Officers returned fire, killing Pedroza Carrillo, who had been previously arrested by the U.S. Border Patrol in 1997 and deported, only to reenter the U.S. later. * Robert Pedroza Carrillo, who police say was the shooter in Officer Canales' murder, was shot and killed during the gunfight with police so he will not stand trial for murder. There are several other illegal alien suspects that have been arrested for their involvement in the truck hijacking turned murder. They include Andres Maldonado Nava, 41, of Mexico, who has a long criminal history and multiple aliases, Xiomara Rosales Mendez, 36, of Honduras, and a Mexican woman claiming to be a juvenile. Donald Mayle, 65 Disabled senior citizen, retired brick mason Murdered by Antonio Delgado, 40 Update: Antonio Delgado, 40, an illegal alien from Mexico pleaded guilty this week to reduced charges of aggravated burglary and involuntary manslaughter for the 2008 machete stabbing murder of Donald Mayle, 65, of Columbus, Ohio. Delgado faced aggravated murder and aggravated robbery charges after police found Delgado covered in Mayle's blood and other evidence connecting Delgado to Mayle's murder. However, the victims family agreed to the prosecutor offering a plea deal after the first jury trial could not reach verdicts for the more serious charges. Delgado will now spend 14 years in prison and then be deported back to his native Mexico. OJJPAC note: This story is very similar to the murder of Rev. Huang who was murdered by multiple blows to the body and head with a machete by an illegal alien named Andarade, who is now serving life in prison. Kayla Donohue, 8 Daughter, dancer, elementary school student Allegedly killed by Zacaria Conses-Garcia, 35 Zacaria Conses-Garcia, an Guatemalan illegal alien living and working in New York's Lower Hudson Valley has been arrested and charged with DWI and first-degree vehicular manslaughter for the June 8th deaths of 37-year-old Lori Donohue and her 8-year-old daughter Kayla. The mother and daughter died after Conses-Garcia allegedly ran them over with a Ford F-350 rented in Casselberry, Florida, while they were walking home from Kayla's dance class in their Brewster neighborhood. Conses-Garcia was driving without a license. Conses-Garcia reportedly was working on a farm in North Salem, NY and previously worked in Florida (which may explain why the vehicle he was driving had Florida license plates). Conses-Garcia is now in jail and bail was set at $150,000. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency has also placed an immigration hold on the defendant. Alice "Lolly" Myers, 72 Senior citizen Killed by Andy J. Maguino, 30 Andy J. Maguino, a Peruvian illegal alien living and working illegally in New Jersey, has pleaded guilty in the death of Alice "Lolly" Myers, 72. Ms. Myers was killed when Maguino's vehicle hit her while the senior citizen was crossing the street. Maguino fled the scene of the accident and later turned himself into police. Police determined that Chavez did not have a driver's license. The Prosecutors office has recommended probation and community service. Breanna Schneller, 18
High School Senior, daughter Allegedly murdered by Raul Ponce-Rocha, 22 Raul Ponce-Rocha, 22, an illegal alien has been arrested and charged in the May 2nd murder of high school senior Breanna Schneller, 18, of Wausau, Wisconsin. Schneller was a student at Everest High School where she was to graduate. It was reported that Schneller was attacked and murdered in her bedroom. Ponce-Rocha has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide. Child Allegedly killed by Eleazar Rangel-Ochoa Eleazar Rangel-Ochoa, an illegal alien living in Nebraska, has been arrested in the traffic death of 4-year-old Josie Bluhm. The vehicle Rangel-Ochoa was driving was owned by his brother. Rangel-Ochoa was uninsured. Rangel-Ochoa has been charged with driving on a suspended license and motor vehicle homicide. Rangel-Ochoa has reportedly been living in the U.S. for 14 years. George Azarian, 61 Disabled man, hit-and-run victim Allegedly killed by Milena Henao Update: Milena Henao, an illegal alien from Columbia illegally living in Massachusetts, has been arrested in the death of George Azarian, 61 of Revere, Massachusetts. Henao allegedly ran over Azarian, a disabled U.S. citizen, and left him to die in the street [a common behavior by illegal aliens] on New Year's eve 2006. Police accuse Henao of running over the disabled man while he tried to cross the street and then driving off, and later attempting to cover-up the crime and lying to police. Evidence from surveillance cameras helped identify Henao to the homicide and led to her arrest in New York where she had fled. Haro, who had been previously been deported several times for other crimes, was driving under the influence on June 24, 2006 in which he crashed his vehicle into Knospe and left Knospe to die in the roadway. Maldonado-Luzuriaga is charged with purposefully running Sullo over with a 2006 Ford F150 truck in the restaurant parking lot. Jennifer Lee Hampton Daughter, Homecoming queen, planned to go to nursing school Allegedly Murdered by Valentino Vasquez Miranda, 19 Valentino Vasquez Miranda, 19, an illegal alien from arrested for the strangulation murder of Jennifer Lee Hampton, 12 at a West Knoxville Days Inn. Police believe Miranda, who was working at the motel, used a master key to enter Hampton's motel room on September 20, 2008. Police allege that Miranda strangled Hampton and dumped her naked body in Milton Hill Lake. Her body was found 12 days later by a fisherman. It was Miranda's wife, who also worked at the motel, who reported her husband to police and turned over his bloody clothing. DNA tests determined the blood came from Hampton. Miranda will likely be charged with first-degree murder. Bond was set at $1 million. Miranda was initially arrested for presenting a fraudulent Social Security card. Child Allegedly killed by Francis Hernandez, 23 Francis Hernandez, 23, an illegal alien from Guatemala , was arrested September 4, 2008, for the death of Marten Kudlis, 3, and two other people. Hernandez allegedly plowed his SUV into another vehicle that crashed into a Baskins-Robins ice cream shop where the three victims were eating ice cream. Like most lying illegal aliens, Hernandez initially gave authorities a false name and false ID's. Hernandez had been previously arrested sixteen times--on forgery, theft, assault, fraud and other charges. It was only after his arrest (for the deaths of three people) that local law enforcement bothered to contact Federal Immigration Authorities. Hernandez has been charged with three counts of vehicular homicide, hit and run, and reckless driving. Bail was also set at $250,000 according to news reports. The Mexican government claims that the U.S. government failed to ask Navarro-Montes to be extradited in time. Police Officer Andrew Widman, 30 Husband, father of three young children Murdered by Abel Arango, 26 Abel Arango, an illegal alien from Cuba lining in Naples, Florida, is accused of fatally shooting Fort Myers Police Officer Andrew Widman, 30 on July 18th. William O'Brien, 52 Motorcyclist Allegedly killed by Rodrigo Delacruz-Encarnacion, 25 Rodrigo Delacruz-Encarnacion, a 25-year-old illegal alien has been arrested and being held on $100,000 bond for allegedly causing a fatal crash that killed William O'Brien, 52, of Holland, Michigan. Police allege that Delacruz-Encarnacion was driving a minivan and turned into the path of O'Brien's motorcycle. O'Brien died at the scene. Delacruz-Encarnacion allegedly attempted to flee the scene but witnesses held him until police arrived. Sentencing is set for December. 9, 2008. Jones, a mother of two, and Owens were hit when Garcia-Hernandez drove off the road, hit a parked car that then spun around and hit Jones and Owens who where standing nearby. It was reported that Garcia-Hernandez ignored the victims and instead attempted to flee the scene on foot but good Samaritans who witnessed the crime detained Hernandez until police arrived. The pickup truck Garcia-Hernandez's was driving is registered to R.J. Biringer Construction Co. Inc. According to news reports, Ronald J. Biringer, the owner of the company is also now under federal indictment for transporting illegal aliens. Garcia-Hernandez and R.J. Biringer Construction Co. Inc. now faces a $2.3 million wrongful-death suit filed by the estate of Kathryn L. Jones. Daniel Turner, 14 Son, Teenager Allegedly Murdered by Sergio Onofre A suspected illegal alien, Sergio Onofre has been charged in the fatal hit-and-run that killed 14-year-old Daniel Turner of Mendon, Michigan. A news report indicated that Onofre has been charged with drunk driving, repeated drunk driving, vehicular manslaughter, and failure to stop [this is not surprising since it is routine behavior for most illegal aliens], and driving with a suspended license. Police Officer Gary Gryder Husband, father, 20 year police veteran Allegedly Murdered by Hung Troung Hung Troung, an illegal alien from Vietnam, now faces manslaughter charges in the death of Huston Police officer Gary Gryder. Officer Gryder was killed while he was working traffic control, in which police allege that Trong was driving drunk and crashed thru construction barriers, hitting Gryder and also severely injuring another officer. Gryder later died at the hospital. Trong allegedly was laughing after being arrested by police.
Janice A. Williams, 48 Allegedly murdered by Oscar Romero, 25 Oscar Romero, a 25-year-old Honduran illegal alien, illegally living in Poughkeepsie, New York, is sought by police in the murder of Janice Williams, 48. Romero allegedly stabbed Williams in his apartment and threw Williams out of the window. Romero fled the apartment he shared with four other men, and an arrest warrant was issued for his arrest. Romero has a previous conviction for third-degree assault in 2006, and served nine months for that crime. Mackenzie J. Maddox, 6 Daughter, innocent child Killed by Jose A. Rodriguez, 29 10-12-08 Update: Jose A. Rodriguez, an Mexican illegal alien living in Kenosha, has been convicted in the death of 6-year-old Mackenzie J. Maddox and injuries to her 25-year-old mother, Andrea Maddox. Andrea Maddox and her daughter were crossing a street when they were hit by Rodriguez. who has been hired [illegally] by a waterproofing company in Oak Creek. Rodriguez had been charged with
causing a death and driving with a revoked license. [Unfortunately it
appears that like in Ohio, the crime is a misdemeanor, with a maximum sentence
is less than one year for illegals who kill Americans]. Now
convicted, the judge sentenced Rodriguez to
nine months, the maximum sentence for causing death while driving with a
revoked license. News reports have indicated that police records show that Rodriguez has been convicted and served time in jail before for driving while intoxicated. Son, nephew, good student, high school athlete Allegedly killed by Pedro Espinosa Update: Illegal alien gang member Pedro Espinosa has been arrested for the murder of Jamiel Shaw, 17, who was killed in an unprovoked March 2, 2008 attack. Shaw was brutally murdered three houses down from Jamiel's front door in Los Angeles. According to the LAPD and District Attorney, 19-year-old Pedro Espinosa, has a long juvenile criminal record and is a member of of the 18th Street Gang. He is also a Mexican national in the U.S. illegally. Shockingly, Espinosa was released from jail for assault with a deadly weapon March 1, 2008, one day prior to Espinosa's alleged murder of Jaimel Shaw. Why was Espinosa given probation? Why was Espinosa not turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for deportation prior to commiting any crimes in the U.S.? The Shaw family now wants the City of Los Angeles to repeal Special Order 40 which prohibited police from inquiring about Espinosa's immigration status--and prevented his deportation back to Mexico. The repeal effort is called "Jamiel's Law" and more information is available at http://www.jamielslaw.com. Anita Shaw, Jamiel's mother, wants her son to be remembered as a hero and Christian-- a good example for young people to follow. Rumors that Shaw was a gang member seem unfair--and many supporters of the Special Order 40 repeal campaign believe the rumors are part of a smear campaign to stop repeal efforts. Reports said that Pollo Hernandez Rodriquez, will likely be charged with a number of crimes, including felony hit and run, driving while impaired, driving without a license, driving a stolen car and causing serious injury with a motor vehicle. Frank Brooks, 5 Innocent happy child now dead, family in mourning Allegedly killed by Jaime Perez, 35 Jaime Perez, a suspected illegal alien from Mexico was arrested in the May 24, 2008 death of 5-year-old Frank Brooks. Police allege that Perez was driving drunk, racing down the street in his Ford Excursion SUV and ran over the child in front of the child's home. Eyewitnesses told police that Perez offered no help to the child he just hit-- he just drove away, leaving the child to die on the side of the road. Perez is being held without bond and is charged with DUI, leaving the accident scene and driving without a license. Federal immigration officials are deciding if Perez will be deported. Authorities said that Perez had a Tennessee identification card, Mexican ID's, and "questionable" [this means probably fraudulent or stolen] social security cards. Jardono allegedly drove a Dodge Ram pickup through a red traffic light and crashed into Cleo Virginia Kint's Buick. Kint died from the injuries she suffered in the crash. District Judge Ray Shugars set bail at $10,000. [That seems low since the defendant is a high flight risk]. Another charge of driving under the influence causing bodily injury was dropped. Sejal Patel,28 of Twinsburg, Ohio Murdered by Vijaykumar V. Patel, 37 Vijaykumar V. Patel, an illegal alien, was convicted of murder in the death of Sejal Patel. Sejal Patel's body was found hidden in a Mercedes SUV parked in the Daimler Chrysler Stamping Plant in Twinsburg, Ohio in July of 2005. The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office determined Patel had been beaten and strangled to death. Vijaykumar V. Patel through an Indian interpreter pled guilty to aggravated murder, while other charges were dropped due to a plea deal with prosecutors. The charges were filed after the June 4, 2007 crash in which De Latorre allegedly was driving a stolen vehicle that plowed into Smith's vehicle, killing Smith. De Latorre was working illegally in the US at a Concord, NC concrete company. Roberto Castaneda, 18, a passenger in De Latorre's car, was detained after it was determined that he was also an illegal alien who was previously deported.

Amy Kortlang, 22 Allegedly killed by Rafael Ramirez Perez, 22 Previously convicted felon and illegal alien Rafael Ramirez Perez allegedly went on another drunken roadway rampage which culminated in the death of Amy Kortlang, a young 22 year-old cosmetologist. Perez reportedly was driving recklessly at high speed, causing two separate crashes, including his head-on crash into Kortlang's vehicle in October, 2006. Perez allegedly abandoned his vehicle and fled on foot (coward) leaving Amy Kortlang to die. Through vehicle records, police were able to locate the company truck's owner, who identified Perez as the driver. Perez is charged with murder, felony hit-and-run and felony DUI. Perez had been deported back to his home in Mexico in March 2006, but once again illegally re-enter the US.
Kevin Barnhill, 27 Leaves grieving family and community Allegedly murdered by Humberto Rodriguez Mota, 30 and Enrique Torres, 36 Illegal aliens Humberto Rodriguez Mota and Enrique Torres are charged with complicity in the August, 2006 murder of Ohioan Kevin Barnhill. Mota and Torres allegedly attacked Barnhill and stabbed him to death. Mota was captured but Torres remains a fugitive from justice. Mota also faces a separate drug charge for cocaine possession. Also arrested was Mota's brother Jose Mota, 40. Jose Mota was charged with felonious assault for the alleged attack on Barnhill's friend. It took the death of Barnhill for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency to order Mota held on possible immigration violations. Too little too late for the Barnhill family.

Delancy, 19, and Forbes, 22, are reportedly Bahamian nationals illegally in the US. The defendants were arrested after Deputy Tephord and another deputy were shot during a traffic stop of the suspect's vehicle. Tephord died (he was buried November 17, 2006). The defendants are charged with one
count each of attempted murder and murder. Since two of the defendants are
illegal aliens they will not be freed even if they post bail. Police
caught the bunch in a Dania, FL hotel with 5 guns and ammo. Another good reason to hold politicians accountable for sanctuary city policies that allow illegal alien criminals to stay in the US while Americans die by their hands!
Jennifer Bower, 24 Daughter and girlfriend Allegedly killed by Eduardo Raul Morales-Soriano, 25 Illegal alien landscaper Eduardo Raul Morales-Soriano has been charged in the death of Jennifer Bower, 24 and her date, Marine Cpl. Brian Mathews, 21. Morales-Soriano allegedly got drunk and ran his vehicle into the couples vehicle on Thanksgiving day (2006), killing both Bower and Mathews. Morales-Soriano was arrested previously for drunk driving but charges were dropped because police failed to follow proper procedures. Brandon Haley, 31 Allegedly killed by Lazardo Lobaton, 25 Lazardo Lobaton, an illegal alien, is charged with manslaughter for allegedly killing Brandon Haley in a hit-and-run accident in 2004. It took federal agents two years to track Lobaton who is believed to have fled back into Mexico but again illegally re-entered the US to work construction [which is also illegal]. Lobaton is being held in the Morgan County jail in Decatur. Adrienne Shelly, 40 Actress Murdered by Diego Pillco, 19 Illegal immigrant Diego Pillco from Ecuador has reportedly confessed to killing Adrienne Shelly. Pillco said he beat Shelly and then attempted to make her death look like a suicide. Another one of President Bush's and Howard Dean's "willing workers" who steal American jobs and lives. Antione Bumvu, 43 Husband and father Allegedly killed by Jonathan Narvaez-Pena, 22 Narvaez-Pena, an illegal alien, is accused of driving recklessly and running a red light and crashing into the Bumvu family's vehicle, killing Antione Bumvu and his two year old son. Bumvu's wife and daughter were also injured in the crash. Narvaez-Pena has been charged with two counts of vehicular homicide by intoxication and is awaiting trial. One 15-year-old defendant had prior arrests but had not been deported. To add insult to injury, US taxpayers were funding these illegal aliens education at the local high school. Both illegal aliens pleaded guilty, one to reckless homicide and the other to involuntary manslaughter. These criminals were sentenced to six years in detention, the maximum penalty for juveniles. Alexander Kirpnick U.S. Border Patrol Agent Murdered by Bernardo Velardez-Lopez Agent Kirpnick was shot in the head and killed after he attempted to arrest four Mexican illegal alien drug smugglers in Arizona (1998). After murdering Kirpnick, Lopez fled back into Mexico but was later captured and extradited back to the US. Lopez reportedly was convicted of murder and is now serving a life sentence. James F. Rogers Jr., 18 Allegedly killed by Luis Oscar Garcia, 24 Garcia, a Mexican national illegally in the US, allegedly killed James Rogers in a horrific car crash when Garcia reportedly failed to stop for a red light. Garcia faces charges of vehicular homicide, DUI, and driving without a license, registration or proof of insurance.
David K. Bassore, 51 Former football coach Allegedly killed by Raul Cabrera, 16 Cabrera, an illegal alien, allegedly killed David Bassore as Bassore was driving home from work. Police believe Cabrera may have been drag racing when his vehicle hit Bassore's truck, causing it to roll out of control. Bassore died at the scene. Cabrera remains in custody awaiting trial. Cabrera may be tried as an adult or may be charged with second-degree murder.
Officer Kenneth Collins, 33 Murdered by Rudy Romero Romero, an illegal alien from Mexico, shot and killed officer Collins during a bank robbery in Phoenix. Romero escaped to Mexico. It took 12 years to successfully extradited Romero back to the US. He was sentenced to 98 years in prison.
Officer Tony Zeppetella, 27 Husband, father, and police officer Murdered by Adrian George Camacho Camacho, an illegal alien with gang ties and an extensive criminal record, shot officer Zeppetella 13 times during a traffic stop. Camacho received a death sentence for the murder. Camacho had been previously deported from the US several times for prior crimes but Camacho kept reentering the US due to ineffective border enforcement by the US government.
Randy Burris Father of 3, Social worker Killed by Ricardo Arriaga-Gutierrez Arriaga-Gutierrez, a drunk illegal alien from Mexico, ran Randy Burris over with his car. Burris died saving the life of a young mother and child who were in the path of Arriaga-Gutierrez's car. Gutless Arriaga-Gutierrez fled the scene and went to a party. He was captured and got a 15 year sentence for vehicular homicide.
Tyler Evans, 4 Innocent child Allegedly killed by Christian Javier Sanchez Rubio August 31, 2006, Christian Javier Sanchez Rubio, 22, a suspected drunk illegal alien, allegedly crashed into the Evans family car, killing 4-year-old Tyler Evans and injuring another 2-year-old child. Tyler would be alive if Congress and the President would just enforce existing immigration laws and stop pandering to Hispanic special interest groups who work to stop the very enforcement programs that would have saved 4-year-old Tyler.
Frederick Rickabaugh, 58 Allegedly murdered by Miguell A. Padilla Padilla, an illegal alien from Mexico, allegedly shot and killed Rickabaugh and two other men after he was refused entrance into the United Veterans Association Club, a members-only club. It was believed to be the first-ever triple homicide in the Pennsylvania town of Altoona. Padilla was identified as an illegal alien after a previous arrest but Immigration and Customs Enforcement never took custody of Padilla after being called by the Altoona police department. Mary Sadler, 76 Grandmother, community volunteer Murdered by Ivan Moreno Moreno, a suspected illegal alien from Mexico illegally living in Bellevue, TN, allegedly strangled and beat Mary Sadler to death in her home. Moreno faces homicide charges, charges of assaulting police officers, and a domestic assault charge. Moreno is said to have threatened to kill his wife (in Spanish) if she cooperated with police. Detective Donald Young Husband and father of two Murdered by Raul Garcia-Gomez Gomez, an illegal alien, allegedly shot and killed detective Young while Young was moonlighting as a security guard. Gomez reportedly had previously been in the custody of Denver police three time but due to Denver's "sanctuary" policy, police were prohibited from notifying immigration about Gomez's illegal presence. To add insult to injury, Gomez was employed at Mayor Hickenlooper's restaurant.
Peggy Keller, 53 Dean, Yakima Valley College Killed by Marcos Ramos Medina Medina, an already twice US deported Mexican national, crashed into Keller's car, killing her. Prosecutors stated that Medina had taken methamphetamines. Because Medina had not been read his rights, the trail ended in a mistrial.
Louella Winton, 91 Killed by Vitalina Bautista Vargas Winton lived 91 years until Vargas, an illegal alien, recklessly crashed her car into Winton's home. Winton died from her injuries and Vargas was convicted of vehicular homicide. Vargas was sentenced to 4 years probation and is to be deported. Vargas can apply for legal entry into the US in 10 years.
Deputy Brandy Lyn Winfield, 29 Husband, father, and deputy sheriff Murdered by Juan Carlos Cruz Cruz, an illegal alien living in Delaware, Ohio, shot and killed Marion County Deputy Winfield while he was on patrol. Cruz pleaded guilty to aggravated robbery and aggravated murder. Cruz, who has been described as remorseless for his terrible crime, is serving a 30+ year prison sentence at the Orient correctional facility in Ohio.
Christina Long, 13 Daughter and student Murdered by Saul Dos Reis Reis, an illegal alien, raped and strangled this young girl and then dumped her faced down in a creek. He was sentenced to 30 years.
Infant Murdered by Jose Julio Ventura Ventura, an illegal alien from El Salvador, is charged with raping his daughter and murdering an infant grand-daughter.
Patricia Henneken, 28 Wife and mother killed by Javier Rico Rico had a previous conviction for DUI and may have been deported if not for Chicago's illegal immigration sanctuary city policy. Instead of deportation, Rico was sentenced to "court supervision" which allowed him to kill Patricia Henneken.
Rasheen Newkirk, 14 Son and student killed by Carlos Huanga-Reyes Reyes, an illegal alien from Equador, allegedly ran Newkirk over with his car. Reyes was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, not rendering aid, tampering with evidence, and not having a valid license.
Brian Jackson, 28 Husband, and Police Officer Murdered by Juan Lizcano Lizcano allegedly ambushed Officer Jackson who was responding to domestic violence call. Lizcano was previously arrested for threatening to kill an ex-girlfriend and for DUI. Lizcano is a Mexican national and had been working illegally in the US as a landscaper and gardener.
Min Soon Chang, 18 UNC Student killed by Jorge Hernandez Hernandez, an illegal Mexican agricultural worker, allegedly drove 100 mph on the wrong side of the highway, crashing head-on into Min Soon Chang. He is also reported to have had previous arrests for DUI and deported multiple times, only to return to the US.
Kimberly Hope, 48 Wife and mother Likely murdered by Daniel Gonzalez Berumen Berumen is accused of beating Kimberly Hope to death
during a home robbery. This illegal alien already had a criminal record,
was paroled, and had been deported. Authorities believe he
reentered the US just days before Kimberly Hope was murdered. The
District Attorney is seeking the death penalty. Daniel Howard Golden, 27 Husband, father of two children, police officer allegedly murdered by Benito Albarran* *Albarran is reportedly a Mexican national illegally in the US using forged documents. Albarran is charged with capital murder in the death of patrolman Golden, whom Albarran allegedly shot in the head after Golden responded to a domestic dispute.

David March LA County Sheriff, husband and father murdered by Armondo Garcia Garcia was previously arrested and deported, now in Mexico waiting extradition for Sheriff March's murder and two other charges for attempted murder. Sister Helen Chaska, 53 Nun murdered by Maximiliano Silero Esparza Sister Chaska was walking with another nun when Esparza violently beat and sexually assaulted both nuns. Sister Chaska was strangled to death with her own rosary beads. Esparza had multiple previous arrests and deportation orders which were never enforced by the US government due to ethnic politics.
Marc Atkinson, 28 Police Officer, husband, and father of infant son murdered by Felipe Petrona-Cabana Cabana ambushed Atkinson and then walked up to him and purposely shot him through his badge and also in the head. Cabana is currently serving a life sentence for the murder. Gary Selby, 18 Son, and nephew killed by Samuel Avalos Gallardo Gallardo was drunk and driving on the wrong side of the road, striking Selby's car, killing Selby and injuring three other passengers. Gallardo was convicted and sentenced to 40 years in prison but escaped and is now a fugitive from justice.

13 year-old child and 20 year-old student Allegedly violently raped by Elwin Alcantara Alcantara, an illegal foreign national was sentenced to 9 years for violently raping a child and a college student. Store Clerk, 21, pregnant Allegedly violently raped by Gonzalez-Menjivar Menjivar, an illegal alien from El Salvador, robbed and raped a 21-year-old pregnant store clerk. Menjivar had been previously sentenced to 10 years for assaulting a police officer. He had also been deported but once again illegally entered the US thanks to lax border security.
