Chinese Restauratuer Jiang Fei Jiang Served Arrest Warrant

Faces possible 10 year prison sentence for role in human smuggling

July 21, 2006 - Fairfield restaurant owner and Chinese citizen Jiang Fei Jiang, 36, was charged in U.S. District Court July 20th with encouraging or inducing illegal immigration.

Jiang's restaurant, the Bee Buffet in Fairfield, Ohio was investigated by Cincinnati based ICE special agents. As a result of that investigation, ICE agents, supported by Fairfield police, executed federal search warrants of Jiang's home and business last June.

Jiang and six other aliens were found to be illegal aliens. Other suspects were found to have immigration cases on appeal or immigration benefits pending according to ICE. More information here.

Note: Restaurants that employ illegal aliens especially put Americans' health at risk because illegal foreign workers may be carriers of dangerous disease, such at TB and hepatitis. Diners beware!
